Mysterious new roof leaks in the fall.

Fall

Your roof has been functioning perfectly and then out of nowhere you notice a drip or stain, often times in the fall we experience leaks that are the product of wind driven rain.  This could explain why your roof doesn’t leak every time it rains, rain propelled by wind has a tendency to blow horizontally allowing water infiltration to areas that may never see water from the standard vertical type rain. Horizontal rain can blow past shingles, flashings and windows as well as into vents.  Typical results are water leaking from window frames, fireplace tops, kitchen and bathroom vents. Our staff is qualified to assess the situation and make appropriate recommendations, don’t panic and call the professionals.
